The Domaine de Mirail gave off both a peachy smell as well as a peachy coloring. It had very little bite to it when I took my first sip, and ended being very smooth and refreshing all around the pallet from beginning to end. Despite the refreshing feel however, this wine was very bland and had very little complexity to it. Perhaps too light for its own good?
